CABLE PULLING GRIPS OPEN AT BOTH ENDS
With this kind of cable pulling grips, cables that have already been laid can be pulled further without having to reposition the cable winch. This is an easy way to perform regulating and alignment operations.
Parted cable pulling grips are used to braid-in cables that have already been laid, without the need of a freely accessible end. This is an easy way to perform regulating and alignment operations.
Anti-torsion joints are an important link between the traction ropes of winches and the cable pulling grips in order to neutralize the twisting motion that occurs during underground cable pulling. These anti-torsion swivels are equipped with a sliding contact bearing system in order to guarantee smooth neutralisation of the twisting motion. If they had been equipped with roller bearings, they could damage the traction rope.
